I am an experienced teacher proficient in English and Vietnamese, also engaging in teacher training. My proficiency encompasses effective teaching strategies and creative classroom methods, reflecting 15 years of combined online and offline teaching, exceeding 20,000 hours.

I strongly advocate the concept that professionalism transcends isolated events, constituting a continual commitment. I am dedicated to perpetual learning, assisting fellow educators in their professional growth. My passion lies in nurturing a supportive teacher community. I take pride in organizing workshops, offering tools for impactful lessons. My contributions to build and maintain a Community of Practice for more than 24 thousand teachers throughout Vietnam with permanent workshops have been acknowledged, demonstrating my commitment to assisting novice and in-service teachers, regardless of institutional affiliations. As a teacher trainer, my objectives are to equip educators with resources for quality education, while understanding their needs to bolster confidence and essential classroom skills.

I am also aspiring to embark on a Ph.D. pursuit within my field.
